FX Networks has released the first teaser trailer for A murder at the end of the worldthe upcoming crime miniseries starring Golden Globe winner Emma Corrin as an amateur detective.
The video offers a look at the main cast, including Corrin, Harris Dickinson, Clive Owen and more. The thriller drama will begin streaming on Hulu on August 29.

What is “A Murder at the End of the World” about?
“A mystery series starring a new breed of detective – a Gen Z amateur detective and tech-savvy hacker named Darby Hart,” reads the log line. “Darby and eight other guests are invited to a retreat in a remote and scintillating place by a reclusive billionaire. When one of the other guests is found dead, Darby must use all her skills against a tide of competing interests to prove there was a homicide before the killer takes another life.”
A Murder At The End of The World (formerly called Retreat) was created and directed by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, with Marling also starring in the series. Corin will be joined by Harris Dickinson, Clive Owen, Alice Braga, Joan Chen, Raúl Esparza, Jermaine Fowler, Ryan J. Haddad, Pegah Ferydoni, Javed Khan, Louis Cancelmi, Edoardo Ballerini, Britian Seibert, Christopher Gurr, Kellan Tetlow, Daniel Olson , and Neal Huff.
The seven-part series is executive produced by Marling, Batmanglj, Andrea Sperling, Melanie Marnich and Nicki Paluga. It comes from FX Productions.
