What is Rebel Moon?
Tasked with finding trained fighters to unite with her to put up an impossible stand against the Motherworld, Kora assembles a small band of warriors – misfits, insurgents, peasants, and war orphans from different worlds who share a common need divide for salvation and salvation. “Revenge,” reads the synopsis of Rebel Moon. “As the shadow of an entire empire falls on the most unlikely of moons, a struggle for the fate of a galaxy ensues, and in the process a new army of heroes is born.”
Rebel Moon will be released on Netflix on December 22, 2023. It stars Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, and Charlie Hunnam and Anthony Hopkins as the voices of Jimmy. Other starring roles are Staz Nair, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Stuart Martin, Ingvar Eggert Sigurðsson, Alfonso Herrera, Cary Elwes, Rhian Rees, E. Duffy, Jena Malone, Sky Yang, Charlotte Maggi and Corey Stoll.
