Special Ops: Lioness teaser trailer previews the Nicole Kidman-led spy series

A new Special Ops: Lioness Teaser Trailer was released for the upcoming Paramount+ spy thriller series directed by Nicole Kidman, Zoe Saldaña and Morgan Freeman. The series is set to debut on the streaming platform on July 23.

“Based on a real-life CIA program, the series follows Cruz Manuelos, a rugged but passionate young Marine who has been recruited to join the CIA’s Lioness Engagement Team to help take down a terrorist organization from the inside out “, says the log line. “Saldaña will play Joe, the Lioness program’s station manager whose job it is to train, manage and direct their female undercover agents.”

Who is the cast and crew of Special Ops: Lioness?

Special Ops: Lioness was created by Sheridan, one of television’s most prolific showrunners. Sheridan is the creator of Yellowstone, the western drama that continues to set cable television viewership records. Sherdian’s long line of Paramount+ shows include 1883, 1923, Mayor of Kingstown and Tulsa King. Sheridan’s upcoming shows including Special Ops: Lioness, Lawmen: Bass Reeves and Land Man will also stream on Paramount+.

Sheridan, Saldaña and Kidman will executive produce Special Ops: Lioness, along with Bob Yari, Jill Wagner, David Hutkin, Geyer Kosinski and David Glasser. The series is from 101 Studios, MTV Entertainment Studios and Blossom Films.
