What to Expect in Physical Season 3?

“Set in the idyllic but fragile beach paradise of 1980s San Diego, the series follows Sheila Rubin on her journey from silently tormented housewife to dominating fitness entrepreneur. On her journey, Sheila fought her way out of an unsatisfactory marriage to Danny, maintained a dangerous relationship with real estate mogul John Breem, and confronted the dark voices in her own head that had long shamed and repressed her. With the help of her loyal friend – and now business partner – Greta, Sheila has found confidence and inner strength through her work as a teacher and entrepreneur at Body by Sheila.

“In the show’s third and final season, Sheila’s status is challenged by aspiring celebrity sports goddess Kelly Kilmartin, who not only becomes a professional threat but also manages to get inside her head. Will Sheila prevail, or will Kelly’s presence in her life undermine the hard-won healing and stability that Sheila fought so hard to achieve?
