The release date of One Piece Season 13 Voyage 3 on Blu-ray and DVD is September 12, 2023 and the price is $44.98. It covers episodes 807 through 818 of the series that is part of the Whole Cake Island arc. The episodes can be watched in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles.
