New episodes of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures are coming to Disney+ in August

Disney+, Disney Junior and Lucasfilm have announced the release dates for new episodes of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.

When will new episodes of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures be released?

Six brand new episodes of the animated Star Wars show will premiere August 2 on Disney+ and Disney Junior. More new episodes will be released later in the year, with the show’s first season totaling 25 episodes.

“We were thrilled to see a whole new generation fall in love with the Star Wars galaxy through Young Jedi Adventures,” said James Waugh, executive producer of the series and senior vice president, franchise content & strategy at Lucasfilm. “We hope these new episodes will continue to inspire young people, Jedi Padawans and fans of all ages who have declared themselves #NubsNation.”

Set in the High Republic era, the series follows young Jedi Kai Brightstar, Lys Slay and Nubs, along with Master Yoda, Nash Durango and RJ-83 as they “explore the ways of the Force, explore the galaxy, aid citizens and creatures.” “Got into trouble while learning valuable skills necessary to become a Jedi,” reads the series synopsis.

It stars Emma Berman, Jamaal Avery Jr., Dee Bradley Baker, Juliet Donenfeld, Jonathan Lipow and Piotr Michael.
