Netflix Schedule June 19-25: New series and movies will be added

The Netflix The June 19-25 schedule has been confirmed. Here are the new TV shows and movies available for the streaming service.

On Friday, June 23, Netflix subscribers can catch The Perfect Find, an upcoming romantic comedy starring Gabrielle Union. Directed by Numa Perrier from a script by Leigh Davenport, the story follows Jenna (Union) as she falls in love with her boss’s son (Keith Powers). The cast includes Aisha Hinds, DB Woodside, Janet Hubert, Alani “La La” Anthony and Gina Torres. The Perfect Find premiered at the Tribeca Festival.

Union gained wide recognition for her breakthrough role as Isis in the 2000 cheerleading film Bring It On. Notable roles in films such as Two Can Play That Game (2001), Deliver Us from Eva (2003) and Bad Boys II (2003) followed. Her roles include television roles on FlashForward and Being Mary Jane.

Netflix will be adding plenty of Pokemon content this week by releasing new episodes of Pokemon Ultimate Journeys: The Series. Ash and Pikachu face some of their greatest challenges on what is rumored to be the beloved characters’ final journey. The upcoming episodes will also likely introduce Liko and Roy, who will replace Ash and Pikachu as the new protagonists of the Pokémon animated series.
