Maximum schedule from June 5th to June 11th: New series and films will be added

Max’s June 5-11 schedule is led by “Avatar: The Way of Water” and Season 3 of “Walker,” among others.

On Wednesday, June 7th, the hit Avatar 2 will be released to coincide with the release of Disney Plus on the Warner Bros. Discovery streamer. In the James Cameron-directed Avatar sequel, Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and the rest of the Pandora residents are threatened by the return of Miles Quaritch (Stephen Lang). The film finished its theatrical run with over $2.3 billion at the box office, one of the biggest hits in film history. The ensemble cast includes Zoe Saldaña, Joel David Moore, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Michelle Yeoh and more.

And starting Saturday, June 10, Max subscribers can watch Walker season 3. Based on the hit ’90s western series Walker, Texas Ranger, the modern reboot follows a fearless Texas Ranger as he deals with all manner of outlaws. It stars Jared Padalecki, Lindsey Morgan, Molly Hagan and Keegan Allen, among others. The 18-episode third season premiered on The CW on October 6, 2022 and ended May 11, 2023. Fans can look forward to more adventures for Walker as the series has already been renewed for another season.

Also on the Max schedule for next week is First Five, a Finnish documentary series focusing on Finland’s all-female cabinet.
