Accordingly NBC MontanaParamount Plus’s production coming soon 1923 Season 2 has been “indefinitely postponed” due to the ongoing WGA writers’ strike. Civic Center manager Bill Melvin announced that he was notified of the delay in filming as the production is reportedly paying $75,000 a month to shoot at the Civic Center through the end of the year.
As of this writing, the WGA is yet to reach an agreement with studios and streamers after more than a month since the strike began. Because of this, numerous major TV and film productions were affected, including Stranger Things Season 5, Daredevil: Born Again, The Penguin, The Mandalorian Season 2, and the Game of Thrones prequel A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight.
