What is Unidentified Objects about?
“Peter is a misanthropic midget hiding from the world in his seedy New York apartment,” reads the film’s synopsis. “But an unexpected visit from his cheerful – and possibly distraught – neighbor Winona forces him to come out of his shell and embark on an impromptu road trip. your goal? She believes it to be the site of an upcoming alien visit to the wilds of rural Canada.
“On their increasingly surreal odyssey, Peter and Winona will encounter bickering lesbian cosplayers, fungus-infested survivalists, and even alien street cops. But the further they go and the more their trauma comes to light, the clearer it becomes that the only thing more unnerving than being kidnapped is being alone in the universe.”
