During the meal, Tanjiro keeps trying to befriend Genya. However, Genya still excludes him. Meanwhile, Gyokko and Hantengu infiltrate the village. Muichiro shows up in Tanjiro’s room and asks if he knows Kanamori. Tanjiro offers to go with Muichiro, but Hantengu shows up. Muichiro manages to cut off his head, but two more demons appear. Karaku sends Muichiro flying away while Sekido knocks Tanjiro nearly unconscious with an electric attack. However, Genya attacks the two and more demons appear.
