When will Demon Slayer season 3 appear in the English dub?
The Demon Slayer season 3 English dubbing is scheduled for release on Sunday 28 May 2023. After that, new episodes of the series will be broadcast weekly. The English dubbing follows the release of the main subtitled version of the series, which premiered on Crunchyroll’s streaming services in early April. Season 3 covers the manga’s Swordsmith Village arc.
“Tanjiro’s journey takes him to the Swordsmith Village, where he meets up with two Hashira, the senior swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps – Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji,” reads the Season 3 synopsis. “With the demons’ shadows lurking nearby, a new battle begins for Tanjiro and his comrades.”
The first episode of the new season debuted in theaters earlier this year, where the hour-long premiere episode ran alongside the final two episodes of the second season. The premiere introduced fans to new characters and laid the groundwork for the highly anticipated third season.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a shonen manga series created by Koyoharu Gotouge. Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump published the manga as a sequel from February 2016 to May 2020. The anime adaptation by studio Ufotable first premiered in April 2019. Haruo Sotozaki is directing the series.
