Director David Cronenberg has finished filming his horror film The shrouds.
Cronenberg, who has directed films such as The Fly and Crimes of the Future, began production on The Shrouds in Toronto in mid-May. “Karsh, an innovative businessman and grieving widower, builds a device to contact the dead in a shroud,” reads the film’s log line.
The 80-year-old director got in touch a month after the start of production wrapped up the film. There is no set release date.
Who is in the cast of The Shrouds?
The film will star Vincent Cassel. Also starring are Guy Pearce, Diane Kruger, Sandrine Holt, Elizabeth Saunders, Jennifer Dale, Matt Willis and Steve Switzman. Kruger replaced Léa Seydoux in her role.
