What to expect from the perpetrator
“In the film, Jonny Baptiste (McKirnan) is a ruthless teenager who is sent to live with her estranged aunt Hildie (Silverstone),” reads the synopsis. “On her 18th birthday, she undergoes a radical metamorphosis: a family spell called Forevering that redefines her. When several teenage girls go missing from their new school, the mythically wild Jonny sets out to find the culprit.”
“Perpetrator” was written and directed by Jennifer Reeder. Silverstone and McKirnan are joined by Christopher Lowell as Principal Burke, Melanie Liburd as Jean, Casimere Jollette as Aviva, Ireon Roach as Elektra, Sasha Kuznetsov as Kirk, Greta Stolte as Darby, Josh Bywater as Sterling, Avery Holliday as Poppy, and Ilirida Memedovski as avalon
The film is being produced by Derek Bishé and Gregory Chambet. In addition to Reeder, the creative team also consists of cameraman Sevdije Kastrati, editor Justin Krohn and composer Nick Zinner.
