The Return date for American Dad season 18 was revealed by TBS, setting the start date for more episodes in the current season of the popular animated series.
What is the American Dad season 18 release date?
American Dad season 18 is scheduled to return on TBS on Monday, September 4 at 10pm ET/PT. The season features the voices of Seth MacFarlane, Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Rachael MacFarlane, Jeff Fischer, Dee Bradley Baker and Patrick Stewart, as well as special guests Shaggy, Eliza Coupe, Mark McKinney, Debra Wilson, John Cho, Jane Lynch, Breckin Meyer and many more.
Co-created by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker and Weitzman, American Dad premiered in February 2005 and initially aired on Fox until the series was canceled by the company in 2014 after airing 11 seasons. However, American Dad’s success picked up again after it aired on TBS and Cartoon Network (via late-night block Adult Swim), and TBS has renewed the series several times since.
“American Dad! “It follows super-patriotic CIA agent Stan Smith (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) and the misadventures of his bohemian family in Langley Falls, VA,” reads the series synopsis. “Stan applies the same drastic measures he employed at the CIA to his personal life, where Stan’s happily clueless wife, Francine (Wendy Schaal), harbors an unwavering loyalty that she will openly share for his e arrogance blinds, but his left-leaning activist daughter Hayley (Rachael MacFarlane) doesn’t let go easily and knows exactly how to push her father’s buttons, unlike her dopey, well-meaning husband Jeff (Jeff Fischer), who doesn’t know much about anything.
“Son Steve (Scott Grimes) is a geeky but confident boy who spends his time playing video games and interacting with the opposite sex. Rounding out the Smith cabinet are two rather unconventional members: Roger (MacFarlane), a cheeky, sarcastic, and regularly inappropriate alien, and Klaus (Dee Bradley Baker), an attention-hungry goldfish with the brains of a German Olympic skier.”
